Wristbands are non-transferable. Removed, lost, or tampered wristbands will not be replaced. Anyone caught exchanging or tampering with a wristband for the purpose of getting on a slide for free will be subject to expulsion from the park.
The park will not be, or become liable or responsible for non-utilized or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a severe storm, slides and lake may be temporarily shut down at the discretion of the park’s operations director. If the park experiences an extended period of rainy weather without any sign of clearing, the park may close. Please see our weather policy on the FAQ page.
Management reserves the right to make changes to any rules, regulations, or policies at any time without notification. Prices are subject to change without notification.
Breezy Picnic Grounds may photograph/videotape, or otherwise reproduce the image(s) of any person who enters the park, and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.
