Special Announcement Q&A

Waterslide Retirement – Questions & Answers

Yes, the three main waterslides will be retired. They’ve been part of Breezy since 1983, and after more than four decades of fun, we feel it’s the right time to make this change.

Simply put—it’s time. The slides have brought joy to generations of families for 42 years, but every attraction has a life cycle. The slides have created memories that will last a lifetime and a legacy we’ll always be proud of. We’re excited to continue Breezy’s story for seasons to come.

Absolutely! We will be open as usual and continue to welcome families, schools, and camps. Our beautiful lakefront, spotless picnic areas, concessions, and relaxed family atmosphere remain at the heart of Breezy.

Yes! Our mini slide for toddlers will remain open, allowing our youngest visitors to continue enjoying this feature.

Nothing changes—schools and camps are still booking for future seasons, and we look forward to welcoming them just as we always have.

We see this as a new chapter. Breezy was founded in 1953 as a picnic and swimming destination long before the slides were added, and we’ll be leaning into that heritage again. We’re excited to see what new ideas and traditions come from this change, and we’ll continue evolving to make sure Breezy remains a special place for families.

You may still use it for admission and/or at our concession stand. For further questions, please feel free to email us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We will be reviewing our pricing for next season and will post any updates in the spring.

Check our website and follow us on social media for news, updates, and announcements as we move into this next chapter together.

You are always welcome to email us, and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have. [email protected]
